Hi, I’m Chaunté Vergnac — wife, mama, creator, and founder of Crowned in Brown. This brand was born from the deep desire to make sure my daughters, Clarke and Logan, always see themselves reflected in joy, power, and beauty.

As a mom of two bold brown girls, I wanted to give them more than just compliments — I wanted to give them language, confidence, and representation they could grow up with. That’s where Crowned in Brown began. What started as affirmations in our home quickly turned into a mission: to uplift every brown child through books, flashcards, stories, and moments that say, “You are seen. You are loved. You are enough.”

Alongside my husband, Laurent-Daniel, we’ve created a space where culture and creativity meet purpose. This isn’t just a brand — it’s a family movement. One rooted in love, driven by representation, and powered by every kid who dares to believe in their own greatness.
